Select Counseling: In-Person Reiki

Service Description

This $120 session is specific for referrals from Select Counseling. This is an in-person Reiki session located at The Well in Federal Hill Baltimore, Maryland, Wednesdays 11 am - 8 pm EST. This location is on the third floor without an elevator, if you need a virtual session instead (same results!), please use the virtual session. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality that promotes stress reduction, relaxation and self-healing. Think of it as a massage without having to move your muscles. It can be done in person, or virtually over Zoom. This is an in person booking. You do not take your clothes off for Reiki, it is a clothed and can be a non-touch process, even in person. I will adapt each session to your comfort and needs. We will first do a few minutes of introduction and getting started, perform the Reiki and then finish with a few minutes of bringing you back from the relaxed meditative state and discuss your experience. Results may include releasing of tension and stress in the physical, mental, and energetic bodies. You may cry, yawn, wiggle, burp, or even experience temperature changes, sights or sounds while you're receiving Reiki - all is normal and welcome, it is simply your physical body's way of getting your energy out. The typical flow will go: Few minutes of introduction and discussion of focus for the session 45ish minutes of Reiki Few minutes discussing the experience and anything that may have come up as well as next steps
