Do you want to start a business, launch a training program, or need help in shaping your offering? I have over 15 years in professionally making order out of chaos in the Tech industry. My background is in Operations, customer-facing teams, service teams, and creating sustainable processes for businesses as they grow, plus experience in arranging e-learning/blended offerings into consumable, digestible and enjoyable bits that help learners engage with their content and want to finish their courses. For general guidance, coaching and mentoring, we can use the hour and a half to identify any energy blocks, clear next steps, and guidance on how to approach your goals with actionable tasks. For launching training programs: Allow me to help you take all the ideas you have and put some order and structure in so that you can begin seeing what this will look like, how it will flow, what you need as the teacher and what they'll need as your learners. I have guided hundreds of people on how to set up their programs throughout my professional career, and I now have experience in multiple aspects of learning about the universe, blending science and spirituality and nature, and all of the areas in between. So I would be more than happy to help you organize your courses from the healing properties of dragons, to working with sacred geometry, digesting quantum mechanics to learning breath work and listening to sound baths. In this hour and a half session, we will review what it is that you want to train others on, how you plan to deliver it, what the learner experience will be, and discuss curriculum building, pacing, pricing, tools and methods, and help you formulate a solid plan to launch your training program. This is for those who know what they want to share, teach, or sell, but need help in structuring the content and the learning experience. I also have a certain speciality in guiding spiritual people into launching their content, as I have a broad understanding in this space and can help provide suggestions around how to bring your content together and where to give learners time to integrate. These sessions can include: Content review, audience definition, toolset review, price review, curriculum building/structuring, walk through learner/student experience, crafting the marketing and engagement plan, setting launch plans, and what happens after your program is launched and complete.
