Below you can find a quick description of Reiki, Oracle Readings, and Chakra Clearings
Reiki
If you are looking for a physical and emotional release and reset, Reiki is for you.
Whether in-person or virtual, Reiki is an energy healing process where you lay back and relax as I identify tension points in the body and energy layers to help release any stored physical, emotional or energetic blocks.
Great for: mental and physical relaxation, emotional release without having to talk about the experiences.
Oracle Card Readings
Oracle Card Readings are great when you're looking for some guidance and want help reconnecting to your own inner wisdom and authority.
We can pull things like: past/present/future, path/obstacle, relationship spreads, career advice and more.
Great for: when you have something you want to get advice and guidance on, or if you're feeling generally stuck and needing clarity.
Chakra Clearing
This is a more intense healing experience where you will relax as I meditate and connect into your energy. I am able to see what we call your energy armor, your 7 chakras as objects showing how your energy is flowing or stuck, and then through the session the energy moves and begins healing what is blocked. At the end I wake you up and talk about all the visuals.
Great for: those who have already done self-reflection and work and are looking for deeper insights and healing.

My holistic healing journey began in 2013 through Reiki, hypnotherapy, working with Oracle Cards, and eventually accessing some past life regressions.
Over the past few years I experienced two impactful personal losses that catalyzed my own personal healing journey and search for knowledge of why we’re here and what we’re supposed to do with our time here. It led me to focusing on healing myself and learning about philosophy, physics, and spirituality.
I am so honored to now offer the space and support to others on their healing journeys as well. I look forward to connecting with you.

The RnR Mission
The RnR mission is to create a safe and welcoming space for all who are looking for energetic, emotional and physical holistic healing.
We understand it's often a leap of faith to try something virtual, spiritual, or holistic.
Most who are ready for holistic energy healing have looked at their challenges from every other angle, through many other methods.
Energy healing can offer a way to release trapped emotional and physical traumas without having to consciously go over
the stories or experiences again.
By allowing the release of trapped emotions such as grief, guilt, anger, shame or fear, we create energy flow that encourages mental, physical and spiritual healing.
The RnR mission is to bring this healing through a variety of offerings, to help everyone on their self-healing journey.
